He is survived by: his parents, Lou Effinger and Fran Effinger of Batesville; his wife Ruth Reece; his daughters, Kayla Effinger of Noblesville, Indiana and Laura Effinger of Noblesville, Indiana; his stepdaughter Samantha McClurg of Connersville; his sister Sharon DeHart (Mark) of Brownstown; his grandchildren, Briston Smith, McKenna and Addilyn Firsich; his nephews, Trey and Collin DeHart; and his great-nephew Deacon DeHart.
