He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Mills and Cleo Earl Mills; his son Mark Reisert; his siblings, Ellis John Bailey and Lorena Blair; and his brothers-in-law, James Mills and Robert Blair.
He is survived by: his children, Mathew Dale Mills of Lakeland, Rachel Anne Wilcox (Richard) of Connersville, Melinda Anne Mills of Rushville, John Joseph Mills (Audre'a) of Connersville, Franklin Luke Mills of Connersville and Thomas Warren Mills of Connersville; and his sisters, Rosalie Mills of Connersville, Judy Harris (Jerry) of Connersville, Nancy Elaine Caudill (Jack) of Connersville, Rita Kay Mills of Connersville, Lela Frankie Ann Mills of Connersville, Annabelle Roberts of Connersville and Lorelei Lamberson (Michael) of Connersville. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
