He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardor Lindsay and Mary Baker Lindsay; his wife Judith Napier Lindsay; his son Phillip Lindsay; and his siblings, Ruth Scott, Gerald Lindsay and Donald Lindsay.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lindsay (Melinda), Chris Lindsay, Steve Lindsay, Bobbie Jackson (Bill Weber) and Dale Nunn (Sona); and his former wife Joyce Lackey Cushing. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; two nephews; and the mother of his children.
