He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Eugene and Dorothy Flack Hill; and his brother Mark Hill. He is survived by: his son Phillip "P. J."; his siblings, Brenda Sims of Connersville and Greg Hill (Teresa) of Connersville; and his uncle John Flack of Brookville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
