He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Griffin I and Betty Mae Swanson Griffin; his daughter Katina Sue Griffin; his grandson Jeremie Lee Andrews, Jr.; and his siblings, Alexander Griffin II, Anthony Griffin, Ronnie Griffin and Rosanna Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Griffin; his children, Jennifer Andrews (Daniel Allen) of Connersville, Lloyd Griffin, Jr. (Megan Rosas) of Connersville and Paul Wayne Griffin of Connersville; his grandchildren, Chelsie Andrews, Preston Andrews, Breanna Griffin, Skye Griffin and Lukas Griffin; his great grandchildren, Bryson Bessey and Rosalie Hacker; and his siblings, Jimmy, Warren Griffin, Christine Alvey, Lou Mansfield and Esther Smallwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
