He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Maxie (Marcum) of Seymour, Indiana.; his children, Jackie Maxie Jr. (April) of Seymour, Geneva Atwood (James) of Seymour and Kymberli Taggart (Larry Harrison) of Brownstown, Indiana.; and his brother Paul Maxie (Brenda) of Connersville, Indiana..
