He is survived by: his children, Chuck Marion of Indianapolis, Jeff Marion (Karin) of Illinois and Nancy Pierce of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, Erin Marion-Kerr (Joel), Alicia Chapman and Austin Pierce (Makala). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
