She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie C. Hopkins and Lorene K. Flanagan Hopkins; her husband William Richard "Dick" Konstanzer; her siblings, Phyllis Jean Creamer, Arthur D. Hopkins and Edward C. Hopkins; her niece Emily Hopkins; her nephews, Jim Creamer and Mike House; her nephew-in-law Ric Uphaus; and her grandparents, John, Maud Plummer Flanagan and Minnie Krasser-Hopkins Brown.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Geoffrey Creamer (Ramona), Jean Ann Conley (William), Pam Creamer, Janelyn Sebree (Stewart), Jill Uphaus, Eric Hopkins (Julie), Natalie Harman (Scott), Sharon Arn (Gary), Rick Buch and Ken Buch.
Memorial contributions may be made at the funeral home to the Fayette County Free Fair Association or to the Fayette County Cancer Society.
