He was predeceased by: his father George W. Eddy Jr.; and his brothers, Brian D. Eddy and William. He is survived by: his mother Betty Eddy of Connersville; and his siblings, George W Eddy III of Peru, IN, Niah Hicks, Monica Ross of Connersville, Anthony Eddy (Tammy) of Orlando, FL and Mark Eddy (Tina) of Salt Lick, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Reid Hospice Centerstone in Connersville or the American Lung Association.
