He was predeceased by: his parents, Clephous Wicker and Maggie Patrick Wicker; his former wife Patty Sue Reed Wicker; his daughter Melissa Kay Cordes; his siblings, Joe, Virgil, Curt, Burt, Wilson, Dan, Ed, Gladys Hurt, Imalee Moore, Marie Davis, Opal Moore and Hazel Hicks; his stepson Ricky Triplett; and his stepgrandsons, Ricky Triplett and Alex James Schultz.
He is survived by: his son Gary L. Wicker (Kim); his grandchildren, Brandan Wicker, Erika Wicker and Kaylee Wicker-Dodd (Austin); his great grandchildren, Layla Grace Dodd and Asher N. Apollos; his brother Jim Wicker (Lorene); his sister-in-law Sharon Wicker; and his stepdaughters, Shelia Triplett, Brenda Newman, Donna Wright (Sammy) and Tammy Schultz.
