He is survived by: his spouse Lynetta Pefley; his sons, Jacob Sullivan (Deanna Neely) of North Vernon and Matthew Sullivan (Carrie) of Trafalgar; his grandchildren, Ethan and Abigail Sullivan; and his siblings, Leon Sullivan (Janice) of Columbus and Patty Day of Columbus.
