He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bailey and Frances Bratcher Bailey; and his brothers, James Edwin Bailey and Robert Everett Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Bailey; his children, Richard Bailey (Leanne) of Buffalo, NY and Rachel Flinn (Steve) of Columbus, IN; his brother Randy Bailey (Fina) of Lincoln, AL; and his grandchildren, Dailey Flinn, Lucas Bailey, Danica Flinn and Steven Flinn.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkside Baptist Church Building Fund or Our Hospice of South-Central Indiana, through the funeral home.
