Conrad; his daughter Felicia Dawn Conrad; his grandchildren, Ashley Dawn Welch, Lauren Nichole Welch, Charles Conrad and Clarissa Conrad; his great grandchildren, Casen Shehan and Tucker Prewitt; and his siblings, Linda Burton of Pennsylvania and Roger Merriman (Sally) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
