He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Sizemore (Mays); his wife Karin Houchens Sizemore; his children, Marcus Hupp, Shawn Hupp, Dennis Harden, Amber and Courtney Sizemore; his siblings, Mike Sizemore, Randy Sizemore and Michelle Ashmore (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Madison Hupp, Kayden Hupp, Ivy Johnson, Caysen Holzhausen, Brently Holzhausen, Ansley Holzhausen and Everly Holzhausen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for final expenses, through the funeral home.
