Patsy L. Parks Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy L. Parks of Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on October 28, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Dillingham and Joyce H. Burton Dillingham; her former husband Donald L. Jeffries; and her brother Kenny Dillingham. She is survived by: her husband David Parks; her children, Charles Jeffries of Seymour, Crystal Wilber (Jeron) of Columbus and Jennifer Baker of Columbus; her stepchildren, David Parks, Jr. (Darcy) of Columbus, Edward Parks of Bloomington, Nicole Palmer (Marshall) and Catherine Parks; and her siblings, Kathy Vibbert (Michael), Danny Dillingham (Rita) of Columbus and Jerry Dillingham of Edinburgh. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fifteen step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren.
