He was predeceased by: his mother Donna K. Eddy Quillen; and his brother Butch Quillen. He is survived by: his father Harry E. Quillen of Tennessee; his wife Tami Higham; his children, Shannon Quillen of Columbus, Heather Quillen of Columbus, Katherine Anderson (Shawn) of Seymour, Olivia Quillen and Arianna; and his brothers, Joe Quillen (Mary) of Tennessee, Jeff Quillen of Nineveh and Dave Quillen (Cindy) of Lafayette. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
