He is survived by: his wife Cynthia M. Foreman of Columbus; his sons, Phillip A. Foreman (Carol) of Columbus and Benjamin Joshua Foreman (Leah); his grandchildren, Felicia Blake, Shaina, Kristen, Myleigh, Sydney, Jordan, Kaylee and Kianna; his sister Sharon Hughbanks; and his nephews, Jacob Foreman, John Foreman, Andy Hughbanks and Joe Hughbanks.
