She was predeceased by: her brother Kevin Smith; and her aunt Joyce Elsner. She is survived by: her parents, Darrell Smith and Linda Crouch Smith; her significant other Doug Weber of Columbus; her children, Taylor Anderson (Josh Burnett) of Columbus and Brandon Smith (Russell Childress) of Lexington, NC; her grandsons, Evan Anderson and Luke Anderson; her brother Eric Smith (Amy Puc); and her nephews, Kevin Willoughby and Mason Smith. She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Bartholomew County Humane Society.
