He is survived by: his children, Jessica Fear (Mark), Mark Campfield (Suzanne), Christopher Campfield (Vicky) and Dakota Blair; his former wife Jean Kramer Campfield; his siblings, Rick Campfield (Jennifer Buchanan) and Naomi "Joyce" Thompson; his grandchildren, Christopher Fear (Ashley Daniels), Jacob Fear, Kristina Newton (Kody), Mariah Sweeting (Seth), Destannie Campfield, Kurtis Campfield, Samantha Johnson, Nathan Campfield, Quinton Houshour, Derrex Whitis, Elizabeth Campfield and Johnathan Campfield; and his great grandchildren, Allyson Newton, Rowan Newton, Parker Fear, Kelli Sweeting, Wyatt Sweeting and Laya Houshour.
