He is survived by: his parents, Duane E. Streeval (Tiffany Snider) of Columbus, IN and Christina J. Crouch Streeval (Carl) of Columbus, IN; his children, Bentley Streeval of Columbus, IN and Brylee Streeval of Columbus, IN; his siblings, Joshua Streeval of Columbus, IN and Mackinze Streeval of Columbus, IN; and his grandparents, Thomas R. and Penny S. Crouch. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
