She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter J. Lahm and Lenora Lucille Lahm (Dear); her stepfather Marshall Walker; her brother-in-law Roy Smith; her great grandchild Trey Coe; and her parents-in-law, Cleo Mabel (Maggard) and Maurice J. Fancil.

She is survived by: her husband James Maggard; her children, Christina Seymour (Bryan), James Maggard (Dee Dee) and Scott Maggard (Bambi); and her sister Kay L. Smith. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

Memorial donations may be given in memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Northeast Indiana Cancer Services.
