She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Myers and Mary Myers (Cunningham); her former husband Ralph Adair; her spouse Dean Garrett, Sr.; her sons, James Martin, Jr. and Neil Martin; her sister Helen Worster; and her half-siblings, Sharon Raver and William Myers.
She is survived by: her daughter Anita Snyder (John) of Fort Wayne; her brothers, John Myers of Columbia City and Richard Myers (Cinda) of Kentucky; and her half-sister Paula Phend of Fort Wayne.
Memorials in Lulabelle's honor are to Eleos Hospice Care or the Alzheimer's Association.
