He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Frank Emley and Mary Alice Emley (Allred). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Hart; his daughters, Micky S. Gerrard (Chad) of Andrews and Sandra Sands (Greg) of Hamilton; his stepchildren, Angela N. Hammond (Travis) of Columbia City, Adam Hendryx (Julie) of Huntington and Shaun Hendryx (Katie) of St Petersburg, FL; and his brothers, Terry Emley (Teresa) of St Cloud, MN, Richard Emley (Suzanne) of Huntington and Roger Emley (Penny) of Roann. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
