We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2023, at the age of 76, Elaine A. Burns of Columbia City, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Rumsyre and Helen Rumsyre (Redman); and her siblings, David Rumsyre and Diane Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Ed Burns; her pet Hunter; her children, Tammy Maynard, Rhonda Rogers, Brian Burns (Christina) and Amy Potts (David); her grandchildren, Joshua Fosnaugh, Bailey Girvin, Jordan Schinbeckler (Jana), Kyle Schinbeckler (Jaley), Savannah, Joshua Hecht, Gabriel, Madeline, Mackenzie Burns, Abigail, Olivia, Elizabeth and Braden Potts; her great grandchildren, Kynlee, Kohen Schinbeckler, Paxton and Presley Schinbeckler; and her siblings, Liane Creech (Larry) and Larry Rumsyre.
Memorial donations may be given in memory to American Cancer Society (Lung Cancer).
