He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mullendore and Maxine Lott (Teusch); and his sister Julia Jones. He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl L. Stanley (Lynn), Rick Mullendore and Linda Kidd (Ronnie); his fiancé Jules K. Brown; and his brother-in-law Ron Jones. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given in memory of Ed to the Fourth District Squadron American Legion Riders.
