He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl P. Valjack and Ruth M. Valjack (Zumbrun); his former wife Audrey L. Guiff; and his grandsons, Benjamin Valjack and Eric Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Phil Valjack (Penny) of Columbia City and Karen Valjack of Bristol; his stepchildren, Greg Maggert (Linda) of Columbia City, Becky Lee of Columbia City, Regina Wilson (Earl) of Oklahoma and Junell Stout (Larry) of Iowa; and his grandsons, Daniel Valjack of Columbia City and Andrew Valjack (Kailyne) of Columbia City.
