With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Joan Hill in Columbia City, Indiana, who passed away on July 8, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall L. Sheckler and Nellie Sheckler (Engle); her husband Anthony "Gus" Wilbur Hill; her daughter Diana Hull; her brother Max Eugene Sheckler (Eunice); and her brother-in-law William Burton.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Tucker (John) of South Whitley, Sally Gingery (Anthony) of Columbia City, Shirley Hill of Georgia and Michael Hill (Loie) of Larwill; and her sisters, Dorothy Burton of Wolf Lake and Joyce Burton (John) of Columbia City. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren.
