She was predeceased by: her parent Jerry Klyaic; and her husband Wayne Mazura. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Bush Klyaic; her sons, Michael Mazura (Melanie) and Wayne Mazura; her siblings, Susan Klyaic, Tony Klyaic and Nick Klyaic; her grandchildren, Kohen Mazura, Triston Cox, Morgan Lutz (Nathan), Nolan Willhite and Kaydan Willhite; her brother-in-law Mike Mazura (Debbie); and her uncles, Mike Klyaic and John Bush. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
