She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cook and Lois Miles Cook; her husband Ernest Mattick; her sisters, Naomi "Cookie" Wilson and Florence Hollen; her nephew Lynn Wilson; and her niece Sharon Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughter Roxanna Sager (Roxie) of Clinton; her granddaughter Amanda Murphy (Chuck); her great grandchildren, Charles Murphy (CJ) of Clinton and Morgan; her grandson Daniel; her great grandchild Brayden of Kingman, IN; and her niece Darra Clarkson of Rockford, IL. She is also survived by 2 great-nieces and 2 great-nephews; several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
