She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon L. Lewis and Vivian M. Barton Lewis; her stepfather William H. Swick; her brother Gary D. Lewis; and her granddaughter Daisy L. Wilds.
She is survived by: her sons, Jason D. Wilds and David T. Shull; her grandchildren, Ella M. Wilds, James D. Wilds, Karsee R. Chenall and Gavin L. Shull; her siblings, Sandra K. Maxfield (William) and Terry L. Lewis (Connie); and her close friends, David Shull, Annie and Tito.
Due to covid restrictions, there will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
