He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Evans and Dorothy Koppelmann (Hubert); his stepfather George Koppelmann; his parents-in-law, Kenny Evans and Joyce Evans; his brothers-in-law, Dalton Moore, Clet Crick and Mike Evans; and his nephews, Joe Moore, Jaden Quick, Skylar Evans and Carson Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Evans of Kirklin; his sons, Colton Evans of Kirklin and Reece Evans of Kirklin; and his siblings, David Evans (Deb) of Kirklin, Diana Moore of Kirklin and Kathy Crick (Kenny Waters) of Kirklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
