He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther May (Dickinson) and Elmer Edgar Caddell; and his siblings, Richard Winfield, James Dickinson, John Carlton and Margaret Grace.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Fowler Caddell; his children, Michael Edgar Caddell (Emily Dringenberg) and Elizabeth Marie Caddell Chenoweth (Paul); his stepsons, Brad Burdine (Andrea) and Gary Burdine; his grandchildren, Cameron Henry Chenoweth, Edie Marie and Everley Adeline Caddell; his stepgrandchildren, Gemma Claire and Miles Owen Burdine; and his sister Ruth Elizabeth.
Bill donated funds to have the gallery at the Frankfort Library named in honor of the Hubbards and built the Harlan Hubbard Memorial Gallery at his home.
