She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vorek and Lori Frink Vorek; her grandparents, Ron Vorek, Margaret and Ivan Frink; and her uncle Chip Vorek.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew J. Zamani; her sister Lindsay Goodman (Jordan); her grandmother Sharon Vorek; and her mother-in-law Darlene K. Porter (Larry D.). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family requests that no flowers be sent, but if one desires, that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
