It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Donald Blackford of Clinton, Indiana, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Blackford and Edna Lillian Blackford (Jenkins); and his wife Linda Kay Blackford (Chadd). He is survived by: his children, James Blackford (Dana) of Young Harris, Tammy Hinkle (Steve) of Clinton and Connie Blackford (Brian Cox) of Las Vegas, Nevada; his sisters, Joann Beard of Newburg and Jalene Schafer (Bob) of Chandler; his siblings-in-law, David Chadd (Shirley) of Columbus and Janice Chadd; his grandchildren, Nikki Mayhew (Zach), Ross Hinkle (Rachel Parker) and Dalton Hinkle (Mandy); and his great grandchildren, Hayden Hinkle, Karter Hinkle, Briar Hinkle and Wayne Hinkle. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
