He was predeceased by: his mother Carmen Arzuaga (Cruze); and his brother Arnold Arzuaga. He is survived by: his father Armando Arzuaga; his wife Mattie Arzuaga; his children, Alfred Arzuaga Jr. (Sonia), Brittany Smith (Chris) and Kayla Smith (Anthony); his grandchildren, Anthony and Maliyah Arzuaga; his children, Aubree Richardson, Nathanial and Noah Alger; and his siblings, Armando Arzuaga Jr., Alma Arzuaga, Sylvia Rivera, Albert Arzuaga and Nancy Garcia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
