He is survived by: his wife Candice Lewis; his children, Rachel Rosenbaum (Kevin) of Lafayette, Cori Fuller (Adam) of Alexandria, KY., Adam Smith (Erica) of Burton, OH. and Caleb Smith of Lexington, KY.; his grandchildren, Josiah, Lydia, Hannah Fuller, Ava, Emilie, Anna Smith, Naomi, Clara, Isaac, Hadassah, Henry and Eleanor Rosenbaum; and his siblings, Vicki Wainscott (Steve) of Decatur and Mark Smith of Indianapolis.
