He was predeceased by: his former wife Lorraine Phillips; and his parents, Victor Phillips and Arlene Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Phillips; his children, Jeff Phillips and Alicia Becker (Chuck); his stepchildren, Karen Hirlston (Steve), Kathy Pefley (Alan), Cheryl Phillips, David Phillips (Mary Ellen), Rick Phillips, Chris Phillips (Susie) and Larry Phillips (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Brandyn and Blake Becker. He is also survived by 25 other grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
