John Barnette Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Barnette of Clayton, Indiana, born in Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on May 26, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Merle Malcom; his children, Kyle Barnette and Carolyn Holly Barnette-Matheney; and his sister Kathryn Manley. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his children, Kevin Barnette, Terry Tubbs (Christy) and Nicole Tubbs; his grandchildren, John Barnette, Brooke Barnette (Allen), Kyle Tubbs, Katrina Tubbs and Trevor Kennedy; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Cameron and Merida Barnette; and his brother James Barnette (Mildred). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association in John's name.
