He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Cunningham (Jines). He is survived by: his father Gerald Cunningham; his wife Kelly Ann Cunningham (Cornelius); his children, Chase Cunningham and Kaeley Cunningham; his nephews, Zane, Park and Jackson Cornelius; and his siblings, Tom Lough and Dana Klink.
