She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel Cummings and Marilyn Cummings (Costin). She is survived by: her close friend John J. Zaggers; and her siblings, Craig C. Cummings (Michelle), Carrie C. "Christi" Thomas (Leonard) and Lori L. Andrews (David). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
