He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil H. Kottkamp and Edna Kottkamp (Summers); and his sister Juanita Elsner. He is survived by: his wife Marcia (Davis); his children, Dale Kottkamp (Lesli) of Clayton and Karen Cheesman (Brian) of Clayton; his grandchildren, Chandis, Dylan Kottkamp, Emilee Foster (Andrew) and Bradi Cheesman; and his great grandchildren, Everly and Emerson Foster.
Contributions may be given to the Hendricks County 4-H programs and/or St. Judes Children Hospital WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOME CLAYTON entrusted with the arrangements.
