He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edgar and Flossie Haydeen Lillard (Keen); and his stepson Darren Hulett. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lillard of Clayton; his children, William "Bill" Lillard, Matthew Lillard and Kimberly Powell; his stepdaughters, Teresa Nelms and Pamela Allee; and his sisters, Rose Haase, Dinah Knipe, Teresa Lee and Rebecca Poag. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
