She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy C. Buis and Mabel McAninch Buis; her spouse Ira Stubblefield; and her siblings, Leon Buis, Ella Rarridan, Ruth Woods, Vera Jean Davis, Emma Kay Gorham, Lloyd Buis and Charles Buis.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Jonker (Tom), Nancy Stubblefield and David Stubblefield (Linda) of Merrillville, IN; her grandchildren, Kristi Calkins (Chris), Melissa Dillard (Brandon), Bethany McCraney (Hugh) and Kim Locke (Peter); and her great grandchildren, Annalisa, Ethan, Michaela Calkins, Christopher Ira, Karis, Katherine, Lily and Linnea Locke. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
