He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Millikan and Dorothy Millikan (Dewight). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Millikan; his children, Rick Millikan, Jr. (Sherryl), Dan Millikan (Monica), Kathy Kirkpatrick, Jim Millikan (Stacie), Barry Miller (Jacque) and Matt Miller (Christie); and his brother Michael Everett Millikan. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren.
