He is survived by: his sons, Charles Kellogg (Maryellen), David Kellogg and Matthew Kellogg; his grandchildren, Alex (Felicia) and Drew Kellogg (Brittany); and his brothers, Robert, James (Linda) and Kenneth Kellogg. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
