He is survived by: his mother Mary Andersen (Johnson); his wife Amy Andersen (Wolgemuth); his daughter Madelyn Andersen of Tampa, FL; his siblings, Lance Andersen (Tonya) of Boxborough, MA, Leslie Nickerson (David) of New Braunfels, TX and Lori Clarke of Conroe, TX; his parents-in-law, Keith Wolgemuth of Redlands, CA and Karen Wolgemuth of Nashville, TN; and his pet Porter.
Memorial donations in honor of Lee may be given to: Wounded Warriors, DAV Disabled American Vets or the VFW.
