He is survived by: his wife Sharon Weaver Gumz; his children, Michael Gumz (Marilyn) of Milford, IN, Krystal Hartrunft (Gary) of Chesterton, IN and Jeffrey C. Gumz of Colorado Springs, CO; his sisters, Marlene Miller of Valparaiso, IN and Betty Deso (Richard) of North Judson, IN; and his sister-in-law Cindy Schroeder of Michigan City, IN.. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
