He is survived by: his mother Ginger Hawkins; and his siblings, Karen Hawkins, Jennifer Findley (Chuck), Mary Hawkins (Jon), Michael Hawkins (Leslie), Jamie Hawkins (Lisa) and Richard Hawkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and his extended family.
