It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Louise (Willett) Slont (Chesterton, Indiana), who passed away on July 2, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Willett and Marie Willett. She is survived by: her husband Al Slont Sr.; her children, Christine Stegemann (David) of Chesterton, IN, Janet Leasure (Clifford) of Chesterton, IN, Al Slont Jr. (Mary Beth) of Chesterton, IN and Rudy Slont of Chesterton, IN; and her grandchildren, Kerri Thilman (Brian), Kelly VanWagner (Tim), Amanda Rodriguez (Juan), Andrea Figolah (Kevin), Erin Larrison (Matt), Jessica Sosnowski (Jim), Al Slont III (Erin) and Kaylee Slont. She is also survived by her 16 great-grandchildren; and by her many nieces and nephews.
