He was predeceased by: his brother Arnold Hoenke. He is survived by: his children, Tracy McDonald of Chesterton, Kim Hoenke Cassler of Chesterton and Mark Hoenke (Kimberly Krill) of Chesterton; and his grandchildren, Caleb McDonald, Zach McDonald, Courtney, Udvare, Matt Cassler, Steven Hoenke and Christopher Hoenke.
